Agate
What catches your eyes instantly is Agate´s beautiful, fibrous appearance. Its single bands or layers can be of several colors on the one hand, or almost of one colour on the other hand. However, agate can be easily colored if subjected to a chemical treatment followed by heating. This leads to an array of colors such as mahogany, black, yellow, brown, green and blue. Agate is a charmstone for both the mother and the baby during pregnancy. Its bands protect organs such as the conjunctiva and the whole eye which are also made out of several layers of skin and tissue.

Copper
Copper is a chemical element (Cu). It is a rather soft metal which is ductile and malleable. Copper is the only metal with red tones and the only colored metal next to gold. Not least because of this red color, Copper is commonly used in alloys, such as sterling silver, red gold and bronze. In contact with sweat, copper changes its color into a slightly green tone. However, the green tone can be washed off easily and it is not dangerous. Pure copper also oxidizes in contact with air. Sometimes copper jewelry is worn for health reasons. As a trace element, copper is essential for the human body. Worn directly on the skin, small amount of copper finds its way to the blood system.
