Bioplast
Bioplast is a biocompatible material, this means that the human body tolerates it completely. Since it is hypoallergenic, Bioplast is particularly suited for people wearing a piercing for the first time. When you purchase one of our piercing products for first time usage, please make sure to have your piercing sterilized by a professional piercing studio. Wearing bioplast enhances the healing process. In fact, the material flexibility guarantees an ideal adjustment to the pierced area. Bioplast navel piercings can be worn during pregnancy without any problem. Moreover, bioplast piercing barbells can shortened if necessary.

18K Gold
Gold (Au) is one of the most expensive precious metals and is a very favored material in jewelry making, not only because of its warm shine but also because its surface does not tarnish. 24K gold (99.9% gold) is thus rarely used as raw material for jewellery. A harder alloy with 75.0% gold is preferred. Depending on the desired colour of the jewellery, either copper and/or silver or platinum will be added.

zirconia
Zirconia (molecular formula: ZrO2, Zirconium dioxide) is synthetic substitute for diamond . Its hardness is almost as high as the one of diamond (8.5 as opposed to 10) which makes it resistable. However, it may scratch other material easily. Zirconia can be produced in different colours and levels of transparency. It is normally cut in faces (in the same way as glass).
